What we can do today

We read every issue that reaches us through the platforms where this project is discussed, and we prioritize fixes by impact: wrong numbers first, broken layouts second, wording last. If you have found a sizing result that contradicts a published size chart, that report goes to the top of the queue — measurement accuracy is the entire point of this site.

Support mailbox

A dedicated support email address is not available yet. When it opens, this page will be the first place it appears, along with response-time expectations. We chose to open without one rather than publish an inbox we cannot staff.

What we cannot help with

We do not offer personal fitting consultations, medical advice, or product recommendations for specific brands — the calculator and fit guide are self-serve references, and no one on this team can responsibly fit you over a message.

Privacy questions

Questions about data handling are answered in full in the privacy policy. The short version has not changed: measurements never leave your browser.
